The manual gives in-depth information about the foundations of yoga and yoga-psychotherapy, provides steps to implement the protocol interventions, includes reflective prompts for the psychotherapeutic process, and includes instruments and tools to support overall implementation.
To purchase the Mind-Body Manual and use its protocol, individuals must be: One year post-licensure with an active license in any U.S. State (uploaded verification of license is required for purchase) Or Complete the Mind-Body Protocol training with a trained protocol consultant
The protocol is accessible to those with varying physical, mental, and emotional abilities. The manual also provides guidance on the integration of intersectional diversities, cultures, beliefs, and presenting issues.
Each manual purchase includes access to schedule two, 2-hour group consultations, where individual questions on implementation, real and fictional case study reviews, and real-time support are offered. The manual purchase also includes access to training videos, professional forums, and other intervention supports.
The manual includes instruments to evaluate both the progress and integration of the clients whom the protocol may be used with, as well as the proficiency and understanding of the professionals using the intervention.
